You can request legal documents proving business registration and missions are always protected by a signed contract.
You can also verify my business on my Malt profile which indicates if the documents provided are up to date.

All working documents provided remain confidential and will be deleted at the end of the mission unless otherwise stated.
Contracts have a confidentiality clause protecting this.

The time spent on your project is noted and justified, the detail will be indicated on the invoice.

At the end of the development, the source code and any technical instructions will be given to you.
